For me, its the best time of day. Especially at this time of year. Family still asleep, getting light earlier and I get a little time to myself before the rush of the day begins.


Starting your day with a simple yet effective routine has a great number of benefits. Having been asleep for many hours, it will allow your body the time it needs to ready itself for the day ahead. Mentally and physically. A little time, some good breaths and a handful of foundation movement will do the job perfectly. Too often we wake up and have to go from zero to one hundred miles an hour, will kids, radios, emails coming in, social media, phone beeping, rushed breakfast, commute... Not good.There are many foundation exercises that would also work really well for your dawn routine, but these are a good place to start.
