CONCEQUENCES

'Sooner or later we will all sit down to a banquet of consequences'.

(Robert Louis Stevenson)

There are and will be consequences to everything we do. Some positive and some negative. Some with a large impact, some with small.

(This was recorded this back in early February 2020.)

What we expect from our bodies, the stresses and strains we place on them and whether we are doing the right things to care for ourselves now, will have a direct correlation with what can envisage for physical health in the future. To focus on forming a good, solid and adaptable foundation for the the years to come. What do we want for our body in the future? To be able to continue doing the things we love and to be smart about what we do and how we do it. This isn't to say we cannot challenge ourselves, but to also know the importance of 'moderation' and that rest and exertion/movement hold equal value. Whether we are doing too much or doing too little. Perhaps not being honest with ourselves, our emotions, our feelings. Not listening to our body or giving it the downtime it needs... There will be consequences for everything. Now is the time to refocus your attentions, find balance .
