I wanted to share with you the fundamental differences between two of the most pivotal and widely used movements and postures, in fitness, health and day to day tasks.

The squat and the deadlift movement patterns. They have many of the same principles, however, how we start each makes all the difference. When done well, they'll feel smooth, strong and stable. Let go of all tension, focus on the very start of the movements. What moves first. Go slow and move, feel, repeat...
