Great stability and control in the hips and pelvis is great, but in order to make the most of it, we have to look downstream, at our ankles and feet. After all, this is where we actually have contact with the ground.
As with any joint, mobility of the ankle and freedom to move is really important. But learning to control and isolate that movement is also an important skill to learn.
