LOVE THE KNEES, DON'T LOCK THEM!

When you look about at the people around you, you'll see this a lot.

There are very easy, small corrections that we can make to the way we stand, that have a direct and immediate impact on the quality of our posture. Simply by unlocking and softening our knees, we can relieve pressure on the back of the knees, become much more 'active' stance and, most important of all, we reduce excess lumbar lordosis as the tailbone tucks under with the backward tilt of the pelvis.

NB. You may notice that at 2.03 I should have said knees 'unlocked', not locked. Apologies.
